Using this site means accepting the terms below. They are short, and worth the two minutes it takes to read them.

Using the Site

Browse it, follow its links, share it. What you may not do is use it unlawfully, or in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use of it.

What We Sell, and What We Do Not

We do not take orders, payments or deliveries. Every Shop Now button hands you to our retail partner, and the sale is a contract between you and that store, on their terms and under their consumer-law obligations. We earn a commission on it, as the footer says, and that costs you nothing extra.

Products and Prices

Descriptions, prices and stock levels here are copied from the partner listing at the moment this page was built, and all three move without notice. The figure at the checkout is the one that binds. Where something is listed wrongly we correct it as soon as we see it, and an error on this page creates no obligation on the partner.

Color and Texture

Dye lots vary slightly between production runs, and screens render color differently from one another. A towel that arrives a shade off the photograph is normal for textiles and is not a fault — though it is still covered by the 30-day return window if it does not suit you.

What Belongs to Us

The text, photographs, graphics and logos on this site belong to Chakir Turkish Linens or to the suppliers who provided them, and intellectual property law protects them accordingly.

Limits of Our Liability

The site and everything on it are provided as they are. So far as the law allows, Chakir Turkish Linens is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of it.

Changes

These terms may be revised. The version on this page is the one that applies, and carrying on using the site after a revision means you accept it.
