Wrong shade, wrong size, or simply not the weight you pictured — the return runs through the store you bought from.
The partner store does, because that is where the order sits and where the money went. We took no payment and hold no stock, so we cannot issue a refund or accept a parcel back. What we can do is help you work out whether a piece is wrong before it ships at all.
Bath linen normally comes back within 30 days of delivery, unwashed, unused and in the packaging it arrived in. Once terry has been through a wash cycle it cannot be resold, so that line is firm wherever you buy. The exact window and any exceptions are stated in the partner’s own return policy, which is the version that binds.
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, on the partner’s timeline, once the parcel reaches them and passes inspection. Nothing about that step passes through this site.

Photograph it and raise it with the partner promptly — a split hem, a snagged run of loops or a dye mark is a straightforward claim there. Tell us too, at [email protected]: a piece that arrives faulty more than once is something we want to know about before we keep listing it.
